Explore these and other questions in this realistic look at the messy, mysterious uncertainties of faith. God's ways don't always make sense, but He is trustworthy. Come close to Him. What is Good Morning Girls? (GMG)
If you have never heard of Good Morning Girls before here’s what we are… “Good Morning Girls” is a title for a group of women who use email, Facebook, Twitter, Skype or text messaging to keep each other accountable for their quiet times. My group emails each other each daily after we have our quiet time. We say “Good Morning” and then share what we read in our quiet time. Some of us have our quiet time first thing in the morning, while others squeeze it in during children’s naps or at bedtime. The time of day doesn’t matter…..our focus is just being in God’s Word daily!"

{Why does God allow me to experience difficulties?} by Charles Stanley

Charles Stanley is one of my favorite Bible teachers.  I glean so much wisdom and insight from his sermons, and I always come away with a better understanding and knowledge of God and His word.  The following sermon deals with one of the biggest questions that believers, and even non-believers have -- why does God allow me to experience difficulties?

Follow this link to watch Charles Stanley's teaching on Why does God allow me to experience difficulties?

And if you're not familiar with Charles Stanley and InTouch Ministries, you can find more information here.   You'll find radio broadcasts, podcasts, and video archives, as well as information on receiving the free InTouch magazine.

I pray that this teaching by Charles Stanley will bless you.

New Fall Bible Study Starts on September 15, 2011

Hi there, ladies! I wanted to share with you a new Bible study that is starting in just a couple days. Courtney at Women Living Well Ministries and her "sister site" Good Morning Girls will be partnering with Angela to lead the 1 John Fall Bible Study.  This will be my first time doing the Good Morning Girls study, and I'm really looking forward to it!

To give you a brief rundown, the study will go for 12 weeks, and it will take you through the entire book of 1 John.  The study runs from September 15, 2011 - December 15, 2011.  You're welcome to do the study solo, or with a group.  The study provides you with motivation and encouragement to stay in the Word, by giving the opportunity to fellowship with others in an online community.  Sometimes we all need accountability -- I know I do!

If you'd like more information, you can check out the websites at Women Living Well Ministries and Good Morning Girls.
