Give me Jesus - Jeremy Camp
There is no doubt, the Bible is a deep book. It can be complicated and hard to understand. But then there are the times when it couldn't be more clear and evident. Deuteronomy 30:15-16 (NKJV) says, "See, I have set before you today life and good, death and evil, in that I command you today to love the LORD your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments, His statutes, and His judgments, that you may live and multiply; and the LORD your God will bless you in the land which you go to possess."
We have a choice to make. Which path will we choose? Following Him will lead to life. Isn't that a wonderful promise to carry in your heart? It's all about Him and our relationship with Him -- resting in Him and staying in His presence. We were created to have a relationship with Him, and walk with Him everyday; resting in His presence in the morning, when we are alone, and when we come to die. At any time, we can sing a song like this and be transcended into a quiet peace. A peace that passes understanding, and a place where we know that nothing can ever separate us from Him or His love (Romans 8:38-39).
